Danish Puff

The Danish Puff! Oh what a wonderful pastry. It has a flaky, tender butter crust and a pillow of custardy Choux pastry on top. Then a smear of glaze and toasted, chopped pecans.
Update: It was one of the challenge bakes on The Great British Bakeoff. Most of them hadn't heard of it!
